Joshua Lavers, CCC
Joshua Lavers is the founder of ProjectDashboards.com, dedicated to designing Excel based dashboards for project managers. He is a Certified Cost ConsultantTM (CCCTM) as recognized by the Association for the Advancement of Cost Engineering, the leading professional society for cost estimators, cost engineers, schedulers, project managers and project control specialists.
With over 10 years of business experience and over 5 years of project controls and project management experience, Joshua understands what drives our clients. His most recent experience managing projects includes an assignment with Fluor as a Business Manager assisting in managing a $1B program in Fluor's Government Group.
Joshua supports our clients with a solid understanding of business drivers, the controls necessary to manage projects, and the principles of good dashboard design.
